The harmonious integration of fascial manipulation through fascia yoga.

A half-day transformative workshop at Temple Byron: On Saturday, March 20, 2021, Eden and Roy Londner have been invited teach a four-hour workshop on the principles of fascia yoga.

The Londner’s unique fascia yoga approach is designed to:

• Restore alignment

• Increase mobility and strength

• Discover freedom of movement

The immersive session includes asanas, theory, group activities and practitioner demonstrations across yoga and myotherapy. This workshop demonstrates how a combination of yoga and Myofascial release techniques can instantly increase mobility and range of motion. Fascia yoga and manipulation is also designed to reduce pain, boost circulation and the flow of energy. The techniques also work in the illuminating space between physical and emotional health.

The fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fibre and muscle in place also dictates our basic body shape. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin.

The tools we teach in this workshop can be used in everyday life, as well as in training and working with clients. There is no need for former training, everyone is welcomed and will benefit from this workshop. We invite yoga practitioners and teachers, and anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of movement.

Fascia is a graphic expression of how we feel and think, it reflects our past experiences, our attitudes and our patterns of behaviour.
