Kundalini Yoga, also known as the “Yoga of Awareness”, is a Raj Yoga that works on the physical, mental and subtle bodies. Through physical movement, breath, mantra, mudra and meditation, Kundalini Yoga purifies, energizes and uplifts the whole mind-body system, returning you to the natural energy of You. It works on the glandular system, the nervous system, the circulatory system, as well as the neural pathways of the brain and the magnetic field. By awakening the Kundalini, we release old habits and toxic thought patterns that my be holding us back, and tap into the huge storehouse of energy that is available to us in each moment.

Wednesday night is a gentle and meditative class, and Sunday is a more dynamic class. All classes include meditation. No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or sheepskin if you have one, and wear comfortable, loose-fitting  clothes.
